Chelsea are hopeful of finalising deals for Everton's Belgium forward Romelu Lukaku, 24, and 22-year-old Monaco and France midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko "soon", while the arrival of Argentine goalkeeper Willy Caballero, 35, is expected to be confirmed on 1 July. (London Evening Standard)

Everton will move for Celtic's 20-year-old France Under-21 striker Moussa Dembele should Lukaku complete a move to Chelsea. (Daily Post)

West Ham United will target Arsenal and France forward Olivier Giroud, 30, if the Gunners sign any new strikers. (Daily Telegraph)

Meanwhile, Hammers defender Reece Oxford, 18, has arrived in Germany to complete a season-long loan move to Borussia Monchengladbach. (Daily Mail)

Real Madrid and Portugal forward Cristiano Ronaldo, 32, has told his agent Jorge Mendes to seal a dream return to Manchester United. (Sun)

Manchester United will offer £183m plus their 26-year-old goalkeeper David de Gea in exchange for Ronaldo and Spain striker Alvaro Morata. (Tuttosport via Daily Mail)
